Orders, Shipping, Returns


Orders are officially accepted once you receive your items.  We do not consider initial payment and processing an official contract. 

Shipping

We offer US Postal Service shipping to the domestic US with a flat rate shipping of $8.50. Orders over $100.00 ship FREE. Please note hats may ship via UPS with a specialized shipping rate of $35.00 (excludes baseball hats).

All shipments will take approximately 3-5 business days to process and ship. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has completed.  We do not process or ship orders on weekends, holidays or during traveling shows.

Orders received after 2:00pm PST on business days are considered ordered next day. 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the US Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.

Return Policy  

Items are processed within 3-5 business days, after leaving warehouse.

Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to the store.  Store credit will be given for the purchase prices of all eligible returned merchandise. Store credit may be used to purchase the same item in a different size or a completely different item. We do not issue refunds, ONLY STORE CREDITS.

  • Merchandise may be returned (unworn, unwashed, unmarked, odor and pet hair free) within 20 days of delivery confirmation for STORE CREDIT. 
  • Store Refunds are determined and given if item was incorrect, or at fault of Sassy Gals. 
  • Original shipping fee’s are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • You will receive STORE CREDIT for your returned item(s) once they are received. Please allow 3-5 business days to process. 
  • The discount code you will get, can NOT be used with other discount codes (only one works at a time). 
  • If there are damaged, defective or incorrect items, please let us know within five days of delivery. 

* All clearance items or discounted items are FINAL SALE and will not be covered under the return policy. 

Defective or Damaged Merchandise

Please inspect your item immediately upon receiving. If you believe it has a defect or damage, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. 

Defective/DAMAGED ITEMS PROCESS:

  • Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area. Include the tag in one of the images showing it is still attached.
  • email or text the images to sassygalsglendab@gmail.com or 208-871-1155.
  • Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
  • Include the first and last name on your Sassy Gals account, order # and product code/name of the item.

You will receive a response from our customer service support team.

CLEARANCE AND ACCESSORIES SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE. WE ENFORCE THIS POLICY STRICTLY AND STORE CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR RETURNED ITEMS MARKED AS ACCESSORIES, CLEARANCE OR SALE ITEMS.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Returns must be post marked within 30 (thirty) days of the date you receive your shipment.
  • Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags ATTACHED and a copy of or the original invoice included. If you cannot locate the original invoice, please print and include a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you. Returns received without supporting documentation will be delayed in receiving store credit.
  • Store credit is issued on the date we receive your returned item(s) from you. You are notified via email that store credit has been issued, along with instructions on how to redeem it. 

Due to order volume & the high risk of sellouts we ARE NOT ABLE TO process exchanges on all orders.  We will try our best.
